This privacy policy describes how the personal data of users who visit this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian law.

This is a static, informational website: it has no database and does not directly collect or store users’ personal data on its own systems.

• Browsing data. For normal technical operation, the hosting provider may record certain data (for example IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), processed for technical and security purposes.
• Data you provide voluntarily. The contact form does not send data to a server of ours: it automatically drafts a message on WhatsApp that opens on your device and is sent only if you choose to press send. Likewise, if you write to us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, request) solely for the purpose of replying to you.

• Responding to your contact and information requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
• Ensuring the operation and security of the website — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Complying with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c).
• Loading third-party content and non-essential cookies (e.g. Google map) — only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

To provide certain features, the website relies on external services that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — interactive map of the premises, loaded only after your consent. Privacy policy
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — contact and form submission. Privacy policy

• Wansport — external platform for court bookings; processing is governed by the provider’s privacy policy.

Some providers (for example Google and Meta) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

7. Retention period

As it does not store data on our systems, the website applies no retention periods. The data you send us via WhatsApp or phone is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time:

• access to your personal data;
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

11. Changes to this policy

The Data Controller may update this privacy policy; any changes will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
